Sales tax will be collected on all taxable purchases unless a valid Texas resale or tax exemption certificate is filed with us on or before the sale. Once the auctioneer indicates an item is sold, ownership passes to the successful bidder, along with responsibility for securing the item and making payment for the item. Online bidder who have not paid within 2 days from the date of sale will be automatically charged on their credit card on file for any outstanding balance. Online bidders agree to said terms and relinquish all rights to file a claim for charges placed on their credit card per these terms. Sold items must be removed no later than 5 pm 2 days after a sale. The auction house is open 7 DAYS A WEEK FROM 11-5. Items not paid for by 5 pm 2 days after the sale will acquire a $25 per day late payment fee per item. Items not picked up and remaining after that time will be moved to storage and storage fees of $25 per day per item will apply. Items left more than 7 days after the auction will be considered abandoned property (even if paid for) and will become the property of Gallery 70 Two. NO EXCEPTIONS!
